The hotel was centrally located not far from the airport and other places in the city, and shops with long operating hours. The atmosphere created was quiet...

Breakfast was cold, can be better.

18 euro lunch/dinner bonus this is simply that you can choose something to eat from a card till that ammount, so there is no buffet like I thought. I do not recommend it. No free internet in a hotel which is a big minus.

it's a pleasant and comfy hotel in an amazing area. it is in awesome and brilliant location to a pedestrianized square, set not very far from the venue. there is an excellent restaurant not too far away from hotel. i appreciated very very nice and courteous personnel that ensures guests have a very comfortable stay.

Fast and efficient check-in, close to the leftovers of Berlin Wall, nice varied breakfast buffet and of course free public transport ticket for all of Berlin.

Location is most helpful. So easy to reach public transport. Good ventilation. Fabulous breakfast with good serving hours. All meals were very good. The hotel size is comfortable. Not too large. Calm environment. I would stay there again. Lynda Holliday

It is a very pleasant combination that your room reservation includes free public transport in Berlin and Potsdam. Berlin is such a big city that one hardly can do any sightseeing without public transport

For a four star hotel the room is rather small and basic furnished. The TV could be some what bigger as well. It's a fine hotel but doesn't meet 4star standards

The hotel staff were rude and unfriendly. We felt like we were an inconvenience for them, particularly when we arrived early & requested an early check-in. I unfortunately left my plug adapter at the hotel and after phoning them from another city, I am still waiting for a phone call to say they had or had not located it - 5 days later! This is poor form as they are clearly not interested in assisting me recover my lost belongings. When we checked out, we asked if we could leave our bags in the lockable luggage area and the woman questioned why we had so many bags! We had a large backpack each and two shopping bags with shoes and paperwork in them... I was inclined to ask how many bags one person should have on a holiday... strange indeed.

the room was hot as there was no air conditioner.in addition, the hotel is located next to a bus stop, it is noisy when the windows are opened

Clean room, fantastic location, with access to a nearby train station that makes exploring the city easy and the breakfast provided gave us a great start to our day.

No drawbacks at all

No air-condition in the room is unaccetable during the summer because you have to have your windows closed because of the noise!

Convenient, Convenient, Convenient

I loved staying right inside the train station! The included public transport pass was a lifesaver, letting us hop on and off without extra costs. Plus, the room was super clean and cozy, with a powerful shower that felt amazing after long days out.

good value for this hotel, nothing is too fancy but have every thing we need and very clean. perfect for city trip, easy to get to from subway station, love the city transportation card gift. that is the most thoughtful and most useful gift ever!!!!.
